Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support to staff and departments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.

  • Monitor system performance and maintain user access and permissions.

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in federal government or aerospace environments.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
